Dear David.
I have a quire as follows:-
I bought a property at auction some years ago with a sitting tenant an old lady with no tenancy agreement. the tenant is under the care and supervision of social services, some 8 or 10 weeks ago they informed me that she had been taken in to hospital following a fall, subsequently I called social services to enquire how she was coming along and when she was hopingto go home, I was told that she was having difficulty in walking and date had been set. On the 22May, my gas sevice engineer called as planed with social services, only to ge offered an overall and shoe protection, it would appear that from the last time that I was able to gain entry she as become double incontenentand and the floors are covered in excrement and urine, social services have withheld this infomation from me(is this the real reason she was taken in to care). I do not wish to be consdered mercenary, but what liability do social services have with regard to the decoration which is covered in nicotine and cleaning and fumigating the floors and replacing the floor coverings and what of the furniture should she not return. What are my rights of entry and last but not least what else should I know and be asking social services. In the hope you can advise me I thank you in advance and hope to hear from you in due course,

Best Regards,
Keith Kendrew,
