I received a letter from Council on the 15/12/2012 that my tenent has made a disrepair complaint about me without report the repairs to me at first. My tenant has not written me a letter, sent me email or phoned me to inform me that the property has got Damp/Mould throughout.

I wrote my tenant a letter on the 24/09/2012 to carry out a property inspection and she sent me email on the 27/09/2012 saying that she not currently living at the property for due to domestic violence from her ex partner. On the 08/12/12 I sent her email to carry out a property inspection and her what time will suit her,she has not respond to me. Then on the 12.12.2012 wrote her a letter to carry a property inspection on the 20/12/2012 and she has ignored my letters. Then on the 15/12/2012 I received a letter from the Council saying disrepair complaint without letting me know first. The Mould is cause throught her leftsyles putting damp clothes in the property with windows close becuase she said she can't open the windows because she got a baby. I sent her email today on the 15/12/12 to carry a property inpection on the 16/12/2012 at 2.00pm, if not on the 20/12/2012 at 2.00pm and to confirm to me if those time is convenient for her. She has not repsond to me. I will knock on her door on the 20/12/2012 at 2pm and see what happen. I also wrote a letter to the Council that I have wrote letter and sent email to my tenant to carry out the property inspection and send all my evidence letter to the Council.

Why is she behave this way?
