I have recently taken on managing my two investment properties from letting agents.
In terms of admin fees what is usual/common/reasonable to charge for admin fees for a 3 bed property rented out for cú750? I am not sure if to charge for the STA being drawn up by me and quarterly inspections / inventory lists - these are all costs that I used to incur as a landlord so not sure if I shouyld be charging tenant.
