I have just started to manage my own single let rather than use the agency. So far so good but this evening, I have received several missed calls and texts. No message is left on the voice mail but the texts are asking me to call back with exclamation marks. So far I do not know what it is about. I am taking the stance, that if it were a real emergency they would have left an informative message. My point is that I would like to start as I mean to go on and get them to realise I will deal with things in normal working hours, say 8.30am to 6pm but be unresponsive outside working hours unless I have a message of an emergency. I would really appreciate how you more seasoned landlords keep the boundaries healthy.
