I recently acquired my first HMO with 9 tenants.
There is one gas boiler and each tenant has a thermostat control in their studio flat.
I seem to be having endless problems with the heating system and i am having to get the builder in every week to deal with the system. As a result I am thinking of changing to a different system of heating. Does anyone have any views on the best approach to take, taking into account environmental factors, ease of use and cost.
