I remember seeing a post regarding a tenant that left early. The question was regarding situation if keys are returned.
Dave advised that the keys should be "held to your order to facilitate reletting, not as a surrender of the tenancy"

1. I have not been able to find this actual post on your website as your search Engine does not include Forum in searches even when specifically selected. Are you aware of this?

2. If the tenancy is now a periodic tenancy but the tenant has not given any notice, would I be correct to presume that the same applies until I either receive written notice or until I re-let?
