What to include/Exclude on Inventory
I am not sure if the following should be specified on an inventory? These suggestions are at the request of the tenants: -
- Back door (to garden) is jammed and is almost impossible to open at times (i think the wood swells in the rain and damp, cold weather).
- Damp and mould on left and right hand bottom corners of front door and hallway walls (began as damp and has developed as mould with cold weather).
- Red door step inside has mould on it and is damp.
- Damp on wall surrounding top of door frame.
These are more like maintenance topics, I think. What in your experience should be included on the inventroy from the above?
