Help re a tenant wanting to let and then buy a property
I currently have a house up for sale. I have had an enquiry from a family who are very interested in buying the house. They are currently renting locally but have a house to sell. They would like to rent my house with a view to buying it as soon as their house sells. They are prepared to sign a 12 month tenancy agreement but as soon as their house is sold they would like to complete the sale. could you please advise me on what agreement to set up. Should i take a non returnable deposit?
