Short term tenancy
1. Is there a legitimate way in which I could offer a short term tenancy to a new tenant (i.e. less than the 6 month assured shorthold) while we continue to market the property?
2. During the first 6 months of an assured shorthold tenancy would I be able to gain access to the property to undertake viewings?
