One off Admin charge to tenant
The work is as follows
Preparing and adjusting room only AST plus addendum to suit property plus photocopying for tenant and explaining everything in detail before signing
Arranging for deposit to be paid and sending to DPS,filling in online then filling in Prescribed info form for tenant 4 pages and copying.Also give tenant terms anfd conditions 11 pages get them to sign and do photocopies.
also get them to sign memo saying they have received all this.
Just before moving in conduct check in where landlord and tenant agree and write down complete list of everything in room 4 pages plus condition of everything,get it typed up then signed by tenant and photocopy.Finally before they leave a check out/ inventory out meeting.
I would welcome advice on what is reasonable to charge for all this
