I am completing the AST Room Only tenancy agreement for a new tenant who is moving in to one of the four rooms in the property I rent out.

I note that it is required that I should put in the names of the other tenants on his AST Room Only agreement. What if I put these names in and one of the other tenants moves out before the new tenant? Would that not invalidate the tenancy agreement as the information would be out-of-date? I refer to the wording:

'We will let the property to you (individually and together) and only you and..'

Perhaps you can clarify this for me.
