Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreements
I have read frequently that the limit for an Assured Shorthold Tenancy is to be increased from £25,000 pa to £100,000 pa as at 1st October 2010. Is this definitely the case? I have a property I manage with a rental income in excess of £25,000 p.a on a contracted out tenancy agreement. The tenants have just given notice and will be moving out in October.
Will I now need an Assured Shorthold Tenancy for the new tenants?
