Corporate Let Agreement
I know these are outside the Housing Act but I need major help here.
I have been faced with an HSBC corporate let which seems to give the tenant lots of rights and the landlord absolutely none.
They are stipulating that no security deposit be paid - can they do this?
They want 2 options to renew which effectively makes it a 3 year tenancy with no way out?
They want a 6 month tenant only break - can they do this?
There is no provision anywhere for the landlord to terminate the contract.
How should/can the landlord terminate the contract? (other than the tenant being in breach)
