I have a tenant who appears to have upset a few of the locals (and is sometimes in trouble with the police himself). It seems that someone has vandalised his car and has thrown stones at the house windows causing cracks. the tenant says that he wants the windows replaced. as this seems to be a result of his own activities, is he deemed to have indirectly caused the damage to the windows by his actions or is it still down to me to bear the cost every time he upsets someone?
