Joint Tenants split up
My tenants have split up and the remaining tenants is asking how he can get his hands on the deposit/bond to give his ex partner her share back.
Where do i stand here?, they have been in the property 6 months, the remaining tenant's credit history is not that good.
What is the correct process for a situation like this?
