Hi,

If during the tenancy your tenant becomes disable, ie, wheelchair bound and the property is not suited for that tenant anymore and therefore they are unable to maintain the property i.e. keep clean etc. What should the Landlord do:-

Evict the tenant?
Adapt the property to current building regs for disability?
Also would the disability effect the landlords insurance?
