Prospective Tenant with CCJ
We have a prospective tenant who we have just received the RLA Tenant Reference Report for. It has come back as Declined and it shows that there is one Unsatisfied CCJ and one Satisfied CCJ. Total CJ Value is £2500.
Would anyone else consider this person if the rest of their reference is coming back as ok (i.e. good job with good income)?
We don't think we want to go ahead with this one but would like to hear other views incase we are being too careful.
