Hi

I have been on the letting agency course, and looked through doc centre on your web page, but I am still confused on taking over properties.

I own a few properties that i have let a renatl company run. I wish to terminate this contract and take over the rentals myself. Please can you advice me what happens re the tenants that the agency found?

Can I keeep the tenants in situ? I f so do i need to get the deposit from the agency or tenants? Do I need energy perf certs? If there is any other info you think helpful please let me know.

regards

jodi
