Last year the agent I used made the 'guarantor's sheet' part of the actual tenancy agreement. Is it necessary/advisable to do this? Also if so, bearing in mind that both the tenant and I need an original signed document does this mean that the guarantor should sign two copies of the guarantor deed for the contracts?

many thanks
