We have been approached by future tenants father who is apparently a solicitor and is not happy with the gurantor form for limited liability otherwise unlimited.
He would like sections amended, and has advised tenants not to sign the forms.
We have told him that this is how we buy them and that we are a member of the RLA and he just said give them my email address which is email@example.com - William James.
would it be possible for you to contact him or shall we just say this is how they come and they should either accept it or just reject their application.
Any help in this matter would be appreciated.
