alternative funding for larger portfolios
Does anyone know of a realistic alternative to the costly, time consuming and restrictive process of raising individual mortgages or re-mortgages against specific properties when there is decent equity against the whole portfolio and rent roll provides adequate cover for the debt?
Is there a corporate lender out there who will look at the whole portfolio and fund acquisitions according to the value of the portfolio ?
