will I be liable to CGT on property that has been main residence if have other buy to lets
The worry that I have is that as we also have 3 existing buy to let properties for which we declare on our self assessment, as my husband is a self employed builder.
Would this be classed as a business move and therefore liable to CGT on our property when we come to sell.
Any advice would be appreciated.
