In a shared accomodation the tenant leaves a very offensive letter for other house mates over a minor incident. The landlord was informed and and issed notice to quit to the offending tenant. The offender has apologised but the landlord is insistant that he should leave as he has caused troubles in the past as well. The tenant is unhappy and has threatened to sue the landlord. Does the tenant have any grounds?
