Hi, I'm trying to avoid letting what could potentially be an HMO so I was after some advice. A lady has contacted me for a viewing, she has said that she will be looking to move in with her husband, her mother, her mother's husband and her daughter, with another kid expected in the next few months. The house is technically 2 floors but there is a loft conversion that I will be sealing off with a gate (to be used as storage only). I have had a fire inspector say that the house itself would be classed as 2 floors (ground and first) but I just want to eradicate any doubt what with there potentially being 6 tenants(?).
Thanks in advance.
