All our deposits are lodged with the DPS and we record that on the tenancy agreements. We have a Landlord who has given his Insured Scheme details after we have got the tenancy agreement signed stating the Deposit is to be put into the DPS scheme. As the deposit has not been allocated with the DPS it is possible to get the funds back. What do we need to do with regard to the tenant and the Let Only Landlord. Thank you
