Treatment by Rentguard Insurance & Helpdesk
My renewal invitation from Rentguard arrived within days of my being notified by one of my tenants that there was a 'to let' notice displayed in relation to the top floor flat.
I phoned Rentguard to ask advice on this situation. Their advice was that they had withdrawn cover with immediate effect.
I e-mailed Helpdesk to ask for help. The response I received was that Helpdesk does not give advice relating to leasehold problems.
I shall be looking for a new association to represent and advice me.
