A TENENT HAS REQUESTED PERMISSION TO UPGRADE THE INSULATION IN THE LOFT SPACE FROM 100MM TO 275MM AT HIS OWN EXPENSE.

I HAVE NO OBJECTION IN PRINCIPLE PROVIDED THAT FULLY INSURED TRADESPEOPLE ARE EMPLOYED TO CARRY OUT THE WORK,BUT IN THIS COURTROOM SOCIETY OF OURS I WONDER IF THERE COULD BE ANY HIDDEN PITFALLS OF WHICH I SHOULD BE AWARE.
