Rental payments to mortgage companies.
As the payment plan was set up in the lanldord's name, I am happy to pay her but do worry about the consequences. What are my legal obligations if I think that the landlord may take the monies and not pay the mortgages? What is my legal duty of care to the tenants in those properties in this situation?
