I have been asked to manage a property for a landlord colleague of mine who has six tenants in her property. They are all related so no HMO issues. All six of them are named on the AST. I have explained that the maximum number of tenants allowed on an AST is four. The landlord says she wants all six tenants on one agreement. Could I prepare an AST with four tenants and two permitted occupiers?
Any other options?
