Section 47, Landlord and Tenant Act 1987
In compliance with Section 48 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987 we always provide our address on ASTs for properties we manage on behalf of landlords so that tenants have an address to serve any notices.
In addition, should we also provide the landlord's residential address on the ASTs to comply with Section 47 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987 or is it sufficient to only provide the landlord's residential address to a tenant if it is requested by the tenant in writing?
