Hi
My property is in an area with hardwater so suffers from limescale. Despite advising tenants to regularly clean the bathroom and kitchen with limescale remover, they have left it. Therefore leaving a build up on limescale which is time consuming to remove. I am not sure this is something I can deduct from the deposit, but would like to include it in the agreement forcing them to keep limescale to a minimum.

Is this possible to do?

Additional, there was s problem with mold from condensation in the property which has been dealt with. Again I want to avoid this happening again, so want to include something in the agreement about keeping rooms aired, etc.

I would be grateful for any advice on how to deal with these 2 issues, as both cost time and money to deal with.
