Hi. I have an apartment which I have owned for approx 3 years which is looked after by Solitaire Property Management. They wrote to me last week sugesting I need their consent to sub-let and that I need to pay them a one off licence fee of 339.25 (incl. VAT) and a registration fee of 28.75 (incl. VAT) for each letting there after.

Is this normal?

It asks for the payments to be made to themselves, but who gets the monies?

If I don't pay they say that I will be in breach of covenant in relation to same.

Your comments / views would be much apreciated. Thank you.
