Hi,
If I am not the actual landlord/owner but I am dealing with the property on someone's behalf can I:

1. Use the RLA tenancy agreement? or is that only valid if i am the landlord?
2. If yes do can i sign it with my signature or do i need to specify anywhere that I am acting as an agent on behalf of the landlord?
