My tenant left my property in poor decorative and filthy dirty state throughout with Condensation. I had a Surveyor carried out in my property and he inspect all the walls with Protimeter Moisture Meter and he found no damp.

He wrote on the report that there were black mould growths and peeling paper were noted to various walls but especially around the front window in the front room right and around the windows in the rear bedroom 2. This is due to bad condensation problems caused during the last tenancy. The client will need to wash all walls down with a fungicidal solution before recoating the walls.

Will my tenant loss all her deposits money because she cause bad condensation in my property?
