Is the landlord responsible for re-housing or paying for alternative accommodation for tenants who had to temporarily move out of their flat because of a bird mite infestation. The tenants allege that it was uninhabitable as they and their children were getting bitten and coming out with a rash and by the time the infestation was fully dealt with they had moved out for a week.
