Hi
We have a problem with someone parking one car at a time for sale on our property and refusing to stop this practice. I understand The Protection of Freedoms Bill introduced in October this year prohibits our ability to clamp or tow away trespassing vehicles. Can you suggest a possible course of action that will enable us to stop this practice without breaching the law?

Incidentaly, the land is very open and putting up a physical barrier would be a prohibitive problem for us with constant access required via multiple entrances.

Many thanks
