Landlord proposing to sell property
If a tenant is about to re sign a tenancy agreement and they are aware that the landlord is planning to market the property for sale to another investor would the tenant be safer to sign a 6 month or 12 month contract?
What safeguards does the tenant have once the sale goes through must the new landlord honour the existing tenancy agreement and give the 2 month notice should he wish to.
