When tenant report repairs to the estate agent, do the estate agent write down in the book the time and day the tenant reported? I am taking Smart Move estate agent to the Court because they did not hand over the deposit money to me. The tenant also going to be there. When the tenant left my property, things was left unrepair and I told the tenant why didn't you reported the repair, she said she did reported the repair to the estate agent and then said it you, you did not come and repair. I told her the estate agent did not phoned me and then told her way didn't you phone me or write to me a letter? The tenant said the estate agent said I was not allowed. Shouldn't the estate agent or tenant write a letter? Estate agent never phoned. What will happen at the court? How I am going to proof the Judger, that tenant and the estate agent are telling lies? They have not phoned me. Skirting broad was cracked and loose tap. Last time I went in the property was 14/05/2011 and the skirting broad cracked was not cracked. The tenant said the skirting broad cracked in August and it cause by damp and they were orang spot marked on the walls. It like she smashed the skirting broad and painting orang sport on my wall
