Mid term changes
I have been informed this month that one of my tenants in a house of three has disappeared. The two remaining tenants are still responsible for the house as the AST was the RLA one held jointly and severably in the lead tenants name. One of the remaining tenants wants to leave immediately and has found a replacement for the house, the other (the lead tenant) wants to leave at the end of the 12 month term: October and also has a friend to move in to cover the disppearing tenant.
How do I legislate for all of these changes with the correct level of paperwork, inventory checks and deposits?
