Hi,
I have just read on a Property 118 Blog that the Court of Appeal has ruled that a SPT is a NEW Tenancy and therefore requires the re-protection of the deposit and new Prescribed information to be issued to the tenant and that we will not be able to issue a S21 notice if this has not been done. I am sure this something that very few Landlords have done in the past, myself included.

I realise this is recent news but does the RLA have any information on this issue or any advice on what we should all do to minimise any fallout?
