The more I read about this Superstrike case the more it seems the Judge has made a mistake.

1/ There is no change when a contract goes from fixed to statutory Period.

2/No change in rent

3/no change in clauses

4/ no change!

The thing that strikes me now is that MYDEPOSITS do not allow you to insure a statutory periodic tenancy. They always ask when does the tenancy end. 6/12 months etc. You can't insure it if it is in a month's time. I feel this is an overreaction to one stupid idiot who is wrong in his conclusion.

If only they would stop trying to fix a system which is not broken!!
