I am letting out a flat where there are 4 units, including mine. In one there is a tenant making life unbearable for my tenants (loud music day or night, abusive threatening language, the list goes on). The landlord is just turning a blind eye, not doing anything about it.

This has been going on for over a year and the person is of such a nature that he will never change or move out of his own. Are there rights I can exercise to have the landlord take action and ownership of the problem and get his tenant to move?
