I am being told by Legal4landlords that we have to get a county court bailiff and that we cannot get a private bailiff. Is this right?. L4L says they can get one quicker by going to high court but the county court judge said they only take 2-3 weeks but thats a long time for me as the tenant is not paying rent. I think private bailiffs are quicker but is it true that they are not allowed by law?
