When I got possession, the magistrate asked if there are arrears. At that time my rep said yes there are but we are not claiming now as thats what I wanted in case the T brings Superstrike case. Even at that time the T told my rep that he has only 200 disposable income. will the judge at any future hearing ask the t to show his payslip or do they just take their word when they pleaqd poverty?. I know ny tenant is a supervisor at ASDA and has been for over 10 years and that he must be getting over 30K and his partner also works. How can we prove that the tenant is lieing and if its bad money management why should we suffer because we too have mortgages to pay and other commitments.
