Just how difficult would it be to get a very antisocial OAP whose behaviour could be described as outrageous and exstreme(as in tort law)out of a property when he is a protected tenant? I seems that the judge often sides with the tenant, however there must be cases when even oldies (74)have to be dealt with when they break their tenancy agreements in terms of antisocial behaviour and the harrasment of a neighbour over a period of 12 years. In addition to this getting a really clued up solicitor seems to be hard. This tenant knows the law and ways round it, and I have been told it could cost me 10k to take him to court.

Does anyone have any first hand experience of this kind of situation?
