I am jumping the gun but my tenant has swent an e mail saying he has no where to go, if he goes to relatives or for temp. accomodation by council he has no where to take the furniture as storage will cost a lot. I presume he was trying to see what I will say but I ignored it. If it really happens that h leaes his furniture etc, do the bailiffs take care of it ie do they throw the furniture or do I end up going to court again and if so what action do I take? does it mean I cannot rent it out as their furniture is still in?
