Hi, My ex tenant which her ex partner has damaged my propery. Tenant never raise a deposit dispute, it over three months now and the depsoit money is mine now. I told the tenant, that she will after to pay for the other damaged which her partner has caused in my property and giving her 14 days to pay and also I said I will send her guarantors a letter giving them 14 days to respond. Tenant said please don't write a letter to my guarantors which one of her guarantor is her manager.

Tenant sent me a email say that her partner will pay for the damaged. I said could you please confirm to me what damage your partner is willing to pay? Tenant emailed me today saying that she will have answer by weekend.

I have got all my receipt if her partner could confirm that he will pay for the damaged front garden walls which he has knocked down because the neighbour saw him knocking all my front garden walls. Then I have got proof because the neighbour don't want to be my witness in court. If her partner won't pay and I got proof by email confirm that he will pay for the damaged walls, is that enough proof to show the judge that he has damaged the walls?
