I would like to seek an opinion on how to deal with this car parking.
The property consist of two flats and the flat in the first floor is mine and the other ground floor flat is for the other landlord. The ground floor flat owns the front of the house which can
accommodate three cars and mine is the footpath which is only good for a very small car, and beside my footpath is the garage which has been sold separately by its own.

This is one property before but divided into two flats.

Now the landlord downstair does not let my tenant park there as it is a footpath as this path is leading to garden and it is built as a driveway when it was not converted into a flats. This footpath is my access to my property.

I own the freehold of the two properties and the ground floor flat pays me 50.00 peppercorn rent.

When I bought this property it says on the advert that there is a parking for one car. I hope you can see my situation and any advice is appreciated. Thank you
