The deposit of my 4 joint tenants is protected by DPS in 4 separate shares (as DPS recomment). One tenant has left and a new agreement has been issued with a replacement tenant. The departing tenant's deposit has been refunded and the new tenant has paid his share which has been protected. I'm preparing the prescribed information for the replacement tenant - do I also have to give the existing 3 tenants and 2 third parties the prescribed information again? DPS offer no advice on this.
