Hello
Thank you for your reply yesterday. I am giving you some work at the moment!!
I have a house which has had joint tenancy. The relationship broke up and the girl and daughter have moved out. The six months was up so this was a rolling tenancy. The lad now has a new girlfriend but they will not be entitled to 2 bed rate on LHA. I would prefer to keep them rather than have the upheavel of new tenants but am concerned that they will be able to meet the shortfall. The council won't pay until he has a tenancy agreement of his own but I am loathe to sign myself up for 6 months. Is there any way I can word the new tenancy agreement so it continues to be a rolling one?

Thanks

Rosemary
